20 tips for better sleep | Sleep Hygiene
Many of us struggle to get to sleep, staying asleep, or getting good rest at night. I want to make a video to help you all get better sleep hygiene. These are just good sleep habits that help you to get a good night sleep or a better nights sleep. Basically, they are good habits to add to your night routine.

A bath with lavender and or tea tree essential oils and neat lavender oil on your temples in bed definitely helps a lot
Great job Brett! You have covered everything that I have done or currently do. Unfortunately I still become very restless after 3 am with lots of movement and inability to get comfortable. Sleep medication has been very helpful but needs to be minimized as much as possible to avoid becoming dependent. It’s such a shame that such a basic fundamental need for the body to rest and recover can stop becoming natural for so many of us.
