COVID-19 & Mental Health: Video #3 – eat healthier|5% better
The simple challenge here: eat healthier this week than last week. This is video #3 in a series I am going to do on how to have good mental health during this COVID-19 season we find ourselves in.

This video will be encouraging you to have a better diet this week than you did the last week. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health.
Love to hear small things you are doing each day to eat healthier these days.

Whether your diet was healthy or not during the covid season I think this is an area we can all get better at. I loved the book Atomic Habits by James Clear (Amazon link). James talks about the idea of getting better by 5% in any area. So I would encourage you to be 5% better in your diet in the next months. We can all do that. Some easy suggestions in the video
My book Parenting: Navigating Everything talks more about this conversation (eat healthier) in the chapter on mental health. I think food is powerful and I usually say that food is medicine. I also think exercise is medicine, sleep is medicine, and yes medicine is also medicine. Click here for where you buy the book.
